Appointments are booked online using the Setmore booking app. For block bookings, this date and time of the first appointment will be arranged online and subsequent appointments will be booked directly with the therapist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please see details at time of booking for expiry of block bookings. If a single booking needs to be rescheduled, you need to give more than 24 hours notice. The appointment will need to be redeemed within one month of the original booking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please note, if you are feeling unwell, you will not be able to receive massage treatment. Massage treatment can make many infectious illnesses worse, as well as posing a risk to other clients and the therapist. Please ensure you are fully recovered before booking an appointment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You need to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason. Cancellations within 24hours or no shows will still be charged for the appointment, no refund will be given. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are a number of contraindications to massage treatment. Please check this list before booking. This list is not exhaustive. The therapist will ask for your medical history at the first consultation appointment. Often the therapist will be able to make modifications, but depending on the condition, massage may not be suitable. If it is found at the first consultation, that treatment cannot proceed, a full or partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the therapist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
